Position 1

Job Title: Welder
Department: Fab Shop
Reports to:  Production Manager

Knowledge in the following areas is required or desired:

Wire and filler material applications for various forms of steel,  working knowledge of blue print reading, proper use of tape measures, weld set up parameters, proficient in the use of finish grinding applications using manual and power tools

1st and 2nd shift positions available.  Welder positions available in both Marshall and Terre Haute locations.

$10.50 per hour with a $0.25 increase after 90 days. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits available plus paid vacation time for full time employee.  Generous amounts of overtime available.

Position 2

Job Title: Field Technicians
Department: Fab Shop
Reports to:  Production Manager

The position involves traveling to work sites and oversee and supervise installation of company products by millwrights.  Overtime is mandatory and the work week consists of an unknown number of hours.  There is no typical work week; willingness to work various shifts and days is a requirement.

Minimum Requirements:  A valid CDL license and experience.  Welding/crane experience is a plus. Required experience includes mig weld, blue print knowledge & overhead crane operation experience.
1st and 2nd shift positions available.

 Position 3

Job Title: Structural Engineer
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Department Manager

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, responsible for providing detailed equipment layouts for components, assemblies, and structures from Sales Drawings and Sales Orders. Design steel structures for support of conveyors, bins, tanks, blenders, weigh hoppers, catwalks, and service platforms made from sheet metals and folded plates both in mild and stainless steel. Design foundations for equipment. Use computer-assisted drafting programs, specifically 3D Inventor and 2D CAD, to create equipment layouts. Must interact with supervisor and a multidisciplinary team of engineers to design and layout projects, and resolve any engineering issues with equipment layout. Meet with supervisor and co-workers to ensure equipment and its parts are compatible with other equipment and parts in the specified project. Write work orders and Load List as needed. Organize jackets of parts drawings for parts fabrication. Create assembly drawings for use in welding and assembly. Create installation drawings. Answer inquiries from other departments regarding project status. Inspect equipment in the manufacturing plant on a daily basis during welding and assembly. Inspect completed equipment in the manufacturing plant prior to shipping to customer. Maintain backup files of completed work for access by others in the department. Revise and update changes to drawings, assemblies, work orders, and load lists. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Abide by all safety policies and procedures.

Minimum requirements:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil (Structural) Engineering, with Illinois SE License

 Position 4

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Department:  Maintenance
Reports to:  Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:  Perform daily maintenance on Fabrication machines; water jet, plasma cutting machines, shears, saws, press brakes, ironworkers. Troubleshoot and repair: all the above as well as fork trucks, welders rolling machines, cranes. Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and circuits, pneumatics. Building maintenance; electrical, plumbing, heating and air.  All other duties assigned by supervisor.  Abide by all safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:  High school diploma and two years related experience required.

Position 5

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Department:  Accounting
Reports to:  Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Improve, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include: budgeting, multi-state and international tax coordination, and conservation of asset
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
  • Improve and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies
  • Supervise accounts receivable and payable
  • Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of the company operations
  • Provide a system of management cost reporting
  • Provide financial analysis, in particular for capital investments and contract negotiations
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors as needed
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of Key Manufacturing concepts and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Accounting Principles, Six Sigma, and supply chain management
  • Strong Managerial and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in planning, implementing, managing, and controlling financial related activities in a manufacturing environment

Required education and experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of Key Manufacturing concepts and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Accounting Principles, Six Sigma, and supply chain management
  • Strong Managerial and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in planning, implementing, managing, and controlling financial related activities in a manufacturing environment
  • 8-10 years of manufacturing business work experience in either Operational or Financial leadership is preferred

 

 

Job Summary:  Responsibilities include setting strategic direction for the plant, establishing profit and operational objectives and setting improvement targets.  Leading the application of Lean Manufacturing with appropriate project planning tools to improve processes, eliminate waste, and reduce cycle time.
