Portland - (4) High capacity rotary valve Volumetric Blend System with underbin conveyor and gravity blend box, loading a 7 foot flat - 25 foot incline 200 ton per hour Layco Chain Paddle Conveyor. Dakota Quality Grain is located in Ross, North Dakota - Their equipment consists of a 1,200 ton per hour receiving system complete with (1) Rail / Truck Pit Conveyor, (1) Bucket Elevator Leg, (1) Overhead Tripper Conveyor. This equipment is all constructed of 304 Stainless Steel. 1,200 ton per hour is based on using 60 pound per cubic foot of material.
Blending System consists of a 250 ton per hour Chain Paddle with Conditioner, 250 ton per hour Bucket Elevator Leg, 7 compartment 200 ton Stainless Steel Overhead Bin system, 13 Ton Weigh Hopper with (2) 13 Ton Tapered Vertical Blenders. The blend system is designed to feed both blend systems or flow through for retail and also discharge directly from the weigh hopper to the wholesale lane. All equipment is constructed of Stainless Steel. |

Spring Valley is located in Fostoria, Ohio - This system was commissioned with a receiving system complete with a Chain Paddle conveyor feeding a Tripper Conveyor for unloading fertilizer into their warehouse. This system also consists of a commercial bagging operation as well as (3) Layco Tapered Vertical Blenders for blending. This system also has multiple Bucket Elevator Legs. |  |
